The Railway in Čierna nad Tisou is the investor and the user of the building which is one of the easternmost border crossings, a large transit shed of broad-gauge rail-yard and an entry point of the Schengen Zone. These are the main factors which have formed the suggested design. The whole concept is built on the “train, wagon” which was quasi set on the top of the building and was pushed forward to provide a view of the whole station. A presentation room and two apartments are situated inside the wagon. Offices and fitness centre is situated below. A relatively large dog kennel is also a part of this project.
