The new square reflects the original urban structure and fragments of poet’s ideas. The new vision of the future is formulated through his „EYE“ directed at Slavin and the New town. The park is a dominant feature connected to a wide promenade space and „lower“ square. It is divided into individual compositional “parcels" using the original traces of the built-up area. It runs into new architectural greenery above garages and through the amphitheatre it penetrates the multifunctional building. The building is designed as a transparent glass prism with an atrium on the top of which the EYE – an ellipsoid with lenticular glass-in, thus creating a new reality. From the dispersion area in front of the building there is an entrance through a sightseeing elevator
