The are intended for the reconstruction of the Pajdušák Square is deliminated by the edge of the row set-out on the north and south from the square, fences west from the Town Hall and a nameless stream on the east. From the south there are two wings – Za kaštieľom street and a street next to the Art Elementary School, lined by the stream Brusník.
Terrain is levelled, mildly declining towards south and east.

Architectural – urban solution results from the environment and reacts to the current regulations. The main principle is the expansion of the axis composition between the church and the Town Hall. The core is formed by multifunctional park belt.
The area is divided into 6 zones:

1 – The space in front of the Town Hall
2 – The space in front of the Roman Catholic Church
3 – The middle parking space
4 – The original park space behind the Roman Catholic Church
5 – The space behind the Town Hall
6 – The park in front of the Roman Catholic Parish Office

The main aim of the proposal is to attract “life” to the original town centre and create conditions for regular activities (recreation, games, meetings, shopping, parking, etc…) or occasional activities (concerts, gatherings, hiking activities, fairs, etc…).

It is formed by two functions: administrative (Town Hall) and sacred (Roman Catholic Church) through a natural element = park represented as “Slovak Paradise“. The western edge is formed by a natural podium and the eastern edge by space for the fountain. The park comprises of a low value grass surface and planted trees. It is separated by cross stone paths and will be perfected by grain hardened surfaces, planted bushes, flower beds and mobiliari.
