Heat exchanger will be integrated into the environment of inner- buildings by the expansion of poly- functional areas, in front, behind and above it, as well as by the use of the shield wall of the residential building for climbers. It will serve for community activities, designed by multi- functional hall with locker rooms cloakrooms, storage room areas, toilettes, shower cubicle and mini reception. Customization of the surrounding areas will be the part of it- natural amphitheatre with basketball basket, chessboard, playground and entrance square. The tools for undemanding exercise performed by seniors, benches and tables will be placed here. Cladding will be insulated and customized by wooden lining. The training area situated above the heat exchanger will be bordered by climbing greenery. The projection screen for external projection will be wound above the entrance glass wall. The floors in the hall will be smooth, without crevices. The roof will be insulated and constructed for ball games. Surface water will lead to the seepage pit. Firmed areas will be wooden and concreted- with cervices for the purpose of water´s imbibitions to the subsurface. Glass places will serve for the planting of the photovoltaic components.
