The heat exchanger will be integrated into the surrounding by strongly widened multi- purpose area- interface, arising from its main entrance. The areas before the entrance will be protected by some kind of sunshade. Heat exchanger will be “hugged” by the climbing greenery which will create the atrium behind it. Multi- purpose areas with mobile crossbeams for workshops, discussions, planning meeting with citizens, exhibitions and other community activities will dominate it. Storage rooms, Toilettes, Kitchen, Office and Accommodation will be additional areas.

Floors in the hall will be smooth, without crevices. Cladding will be insulated. “Drawer” will be covered by pre- planted climbing greenery. Sunshade will be made of steel construction lined with the cetris desks. The roof will be vegetative planted by the low- maintenance greenery. Surface water will lead to the seepage pit. Firmed areas will be wooden, combined with concrete- with crevices for the purpose of water´s imbibition. Glass places will serve for the planting of the photovoltaic components.
