The construction presents the superstructure into the attic of existing nursing house. The attic was built for the purposes of the loft areas and to solve the leaking of the flat roofs. Architectonic level of the original solution degraded the original composition and did not create the presumptions for the optimal lightening of the future runs. The searching for the architectonical term was thus considered as an important step. The maximal valuation of the building constructions was the limit. Steel frame is used for 98%. The “skirt” on the periphery is removed and substituted by the easier solution. The desks of loggias are accessible for their usage. Construction will then be seen as the new architectonical element constituted by vertical windows and certis lining. It is highlighted by the balcony with the glass separable walls and glass or textile extensile sunshades.
